Tagging - additional information about your chats

The tagging service allows you have additional information to all or selected chat conversations conducted by the .BespokeChat Team. Chat inquiries can be classified manually or automatically according to such breakdowns, for example:

  • UTM marketing data
  • localization
  • chat type
  • open / closed inquiry
  • product group

Other classifications are also possible on request. 


Tags assigned to conversations are visible in the conversation header, in the chat list and in the statistics.
